Traditional stuffed cabbage made vegan using plant-based meat, rice and vegetables. Package of 4.

Transfer to microwaveable container and defrost at low power. Then heat on medium power till heated through, 5-10 minutes.
Oven: Remove plastic cover, cover with foil, and heat for 45 minutes at 350f.

NOTE- The black paper tray containers are safe for use in microwave or oven for 1 hour (not recommended for use in toaster ovens). 
The aluminum containers are only oven safe. 
Heating times vary based on equipment.  Internal temperature should reach 165°F for food safety.
