Based on a special dish from Belarus called Kolduni. Traditionally they are large potato latkes with a meat filling but we're making them vegan utilizing plant based meat alternatives, as well as a baking method. Each serves one person. Frozen packs of two.
To Heat from frozen: Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and place into preheated oven at 400f for 15 minutes. Internal temperature should reach at least 165f.
Vegan Latke Ingredients: Potatoes, onion, organic chia, potato starch, salt, black pepper, and organic canola oil.
Filling ingredients: Onion, Carrot, Celery, Impossible Meat made from plants (Impossible™ Meat Made From Plants (Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Natural Flavors, 2% Or Less Of: Methylcellulose, Cultured Dextrose, Food Starch Modified, Yeast Extract, Soy Leghemoglobin, Salt, Mixed Tocopherols (Antioxidant), L-tryptophan, Soy Protein Isolate) and Spices.
