A naturally leavened gluten-free multigrain loaf with addition of organic sunflower and pumpkin seeds. This FRESH loaf will be shipped the day after it is baked. It is recommended to slice it and freeze it upon arrival. It toasts up fantastic from frozen. 1.4 LB

Made with fresh milled organic whole-grain millet and sorghum flour using our in-store stone-mill. Grinding our own flour and using slow natural fermentation (think sourdough) was key to achieving the bread quality we wanted in flavor and texture, without resorting to questionable additives.  Using fresh milled flour maximizes flavor, and nutrition, similar to how fresh ground coffee beans result in the most flavorful cup of coffee. The grains we mill: teff, sorghum, millet, buckwheat, and  amaranth. 

Naturally leavened with our own wild yeast starter (named Milly).

Ingredients: Water, fresh-milled millet flour*, fresh-milled sorghum flour*, brown rice flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, corn flour*, tigernut flour*, apple sauce*, flaxseed, psyllium husk*, sunflower seeds*, pumpkin seeds*, Fera Fruit oil, apple cider vinegar*, salt.

Our Newton Culinaria is dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. Most vegetarian items are also vegan.
