Hamantaschen - A traditional filled cookie for the Purim holiday. One Dozen assorted varieties including: Apricot, Berry, Chocolate, Poppy, and Prune. Frozen but defrost quickly at room temperature.
Ours are gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free (as is everything we make). They are also vegan and soy free.
Ingredients: Gluten-free flour mix (brown rice*, sorghum*, tapioca*, sweet rice, potato starch*, cassava*, tigernut*), RSPO palm oil*, sugar*, orange juice, psyllium*, baking powder* (mono calcium phosphate, tapioca starch, sodium bicarbonate), orange zest, vanilla*, salt.

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
- Poppy - Poppy seeds, raisins, date, organic sugar, lemon.
- Apricot - Apricots, sugar.
- Prune - Prunes, organic sugar, lemon, salt.
- Mixed Berry - Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, tapioca, organic sugar.
- Chocolate - Organic fair-trade dark chocolate, organic coconut oil, organic coconut cream, organic cocoa powder, organic powdered sugar. Contains: COCONUT
The two new varieties are not included in the assorted dozens.
- Strawberry Rhubarb - Local Rhubarb, strawberries, organic sugar, lemon juice.
- Pumpkin Pear Jam - Pumpkin, local honeynut squash, pears, organic sugar, maple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, sage, salt.
