Traditional Honey Cake (Leikach) for Rosh Hashanah. 1.25 lb loaf.
Available frozen for a limited time after holidays. Defrost overnight in refrigerator or leave out for a few hours. Stores best in refrigerator. Can also be sliced and frozen again.
Ingredients: Inna’s organic gluten-free flour mix (brown rice*, sorghum*, tapioca*, sweet rice*, potato starch*), raw honey, cage-free eggs, sugar*, decaf tea, Zero Acre oil, lemon juice, xanthan gum, baking powder (tapioca starch), baking soda, cinnamon*, ground ginger, nutmeg*.
