GF Challah Loaf - 1lb (Frozen but available Fresh on Friday's)

Homemade gluten-free challah loaves that are excellent for french toast as well. 1 lb. Usually Frozen except on Fridays when we bake them fresh in the morning. If you are ordering for a Friday we default to giving a fresh loaf if available, if you prefer a frozen loaf let us know in the comment box. (They are only available round during some holidays, Rosh Hashanah - Sukkot). 

Defrost overnight in refrigerator or leave out for a few hours. Wrap in foil and warm in oven if desired before serving. Stores best in refrigerator. Can also be sliced and frozen again, then toast slices as necessary. Slices also heat nicely in the microwave.

Ingredients: Cage-free Egg, Organic Chickpea Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Honey, Water, Zero Acre oil, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Fresh-Milled Sorghum Flour, Organic Coconut Cream Powder, Less Than 2% Of: Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Organic Sugar, Salt.
