Homemade gluten-free babka loaf. Similar to the challah but swirled with cinnamon, brown sugar, and nutty cacao nibs. The nibs are an amazing substitute nuts. They are from Suenos Cacao, a local company that brings in heirloom cacao directly from the farm in Ecuador.

Usually Frozen except on Fridays when we bake them fresh in the morning. If you are ordering for a Friday we default to giving a fresh loaf if available, if you prefer a frozen loaf let us know in the comment box.

Defrost overnight in refrigerator or leave out for a few hours. Wrap in foil and warm in oven if desired before serving. Stores best in refrigerator. Can also be sliced and frozen again, then toast slices as necessary.
