Homemade gluten-free babka. Similar to the challah but swirled with rich chocolate filling. Excellent for french toast as well. Usually Frozen but may be fresh on Fridays when we bake them.

Defrost overnight in refrigerator or leave out for a few hours. Wrap in foil and warm in oven if desired before serving. Stores best in refrigerator. Can also be sliced and frozen again, then toast slices as necessary.

Ingredients: Eggs, Organic Chickpea Flour, Organic Coconut Cream, Organic Potato Starch, Honey, Water, Organic Canola Oil, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Sorghum Flour, Less Than 2% Of: Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Salt.
Chocolate filling: Chocolate chips* (contain soy lecithin and vanillin), powdered sugar (contains cornstarch), cocoa powder, coconut oil.
*Soon to be using organic chocolate chips that are soy-free and without vanillin.
