Gazpacho

Seasonal summer soup! We will often have this fresh at peak of the Summer but will make it available frozen too.

Ingredients: Peeled tomatoes, tomato juice (tomato concentrate from vine-ripened tomatoes, salt, citric acid, vitamin c), water, red bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, less than 2% of: distilled white vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, crushed red chili.
