Four Gluten-free Matzo-Balls. They may be packed by five if some are smaller. We now pack them dry or with minimal cooking brine to make them easier to heat up. They may be heated in the microwave separately, or placed into hot soup for 5-10 minutes to heat through (they may take up to fifteen minutes to heat through if placed into soup while frozen).
Ingredients: Onion, eggs, Zero Acre oil, water, baking powder (with tapioca starch), salt, pepper, GF matzo meal (potato flour, potato starch, potato flakes (dehydrated potato flakes, mono & diglycerides, disodium diphosphate, ascorbyl palmitate), tapioca starch, palm oil, vinegar, egg yolk, date honey, salt).
