Traditional potato kugel made only for holidays and any extras get quickly frozen. Now made with local potatoes from RI. Baked in a small loaf pan, serves at least 4-6 people.
Can be defrosted in the refrigerator then heated in the oven, cover with foil and heat for 20-25 minutes at 350f.
To heat directly from frozen: cover with foil and heat for 45-55 minutes at 300f. Time may vary significantly based on the oven so check intermittently to avoid burning the bottom -- it's ready when internal temperature reaches at least 165f.
Ingredients: Potato, onion, cage-free egg, Zero Acre oil, salt, pepper.
