Classic roasted red potatoes seasoned with a little smoked paprika. Perfect when reheated in the oven for a crispy exterior. Preheat oven to 375, or 350 convection, place potatoes on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet in single layer, put in oven on middle rack for about 10 minutes or till heated through and to desired crispness.
Ingredients: Red potatoes, salt and black pepper, garlic, dill, smoked paprika, Zero Acre oil.
