Based on a special dish from Belarus called Kolduni. Traditionally they are large potato latkes with a meat filling but we're making them vegan with our own wholesome plant-based-meat and vegetable filling.  Frozen packs of two. (One piece could serve as a side-dish for two people, or two as a meal for one person.)

To Heat from frozen: Oven- Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and place into preheated oven at 400f for 15 minutes. Microwave- unwrap and microwave if they are packaged in the molded fiber trays* (we are still alternating packaging options).
Internal temperature should reach at least 165f.
*The molded fiber trays they are microwaveable and BPI Certified commercially compostable. We use Biolefin shrink-film, a more eco-friendly option. It biodegrades into biomass within 2-3 years in landfill.

Vegan Latke Ingredients: Potatoes, onion, chia seed, potato starch*, salt, black pepper, and Zero Acre oil.
Filling ingredients: Onion, Carrot, Celery, Brown Rice*, Paprika and our own vegan ‘meat’: Protein from Myco Technology (Pea and rice protein fermented by shiitake mycelia, pea protein, pea fiber), brown rice flour*, coconut aminos (coconut sap*), molasses*, Crop Project’s KelpKume Blend (kelp, kokume), nutritional yeast (non-fortified), black lava sea salt*, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, ginger, beet powder.* *Denotes organic ingredients.
