Homemade gluten-free challah loaves that are excellent for french toast as well. 1 lb. Usually Frozen except on Fridays when we bake them fresh in the morning. If you are ordering for a Friday we default to giving a fresh loaf if available, if you prefer a frozen loaf let us know in the comment box. (They are round during some holidays)
Defrost overnight in refrigerator or leave out for a few hours. Wrap in foil and warm in oven if desired before serving. Stores best in refrigerator. Can also be sliced and frozen again, then toast slices as necessary.
Ingredients: Egg, Chickpea Flour, Coconut Milk (coconut, potassium metabisulfite (as a preservative)), Potato Starch, Honey, Water, organic canola oil, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour, Less Than 2% Of: Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Salt, Vanilla Extract (Water, Alcohol (35%), Sugar, Vanilla Bean Extractives)
Made in our Newton Culinaria, our production kitchen, which is dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. Most vegetarian items are also vegan. We go minimal on the salt so there is room to season to taste.
