Traditional Eastern European kasha pilaf, made with toasted buckwheat. If not available fresh, we usually have it available frozen.
Container sizes: Pint (about .75 LB, 4 servings), Quart (about 1.5 LB, 8 servings).
Ingredients: buckwheat, onion, carrot, celery, Zero Acre oil, salt, pepper.
