Organic hulled millet (Proso variety). 2lb bag. Must be ordered by Monday for same-week shipping.

Millet makes for a nice hot cereal (porridge), and can be used like rice or other whole grains in salads or as a hot side. It's also great in baked goods.

Our supplier is Azure, and the millet is grown in the US. We repack it from the original bag.

From our supplier, Azure: "Organically grown. Often used as baby food, this mild, digestible grain is often used by people on wheat free diets. It is creamy in color, round and small - about one third the size of a peppercorn. It is a complete protein and rich in lecithin & calcium. High in fiber.  Hulls have been removed."
